Apartment in Campo Mijas

Our beautiful apartment in Campo Mijas is for sale. Its on a small complex of 48 apartments the majority are spanish owned, with some english, danish, german.
We bought it 9 years ago when it was quite new and had not had the the kitchen or anything put in. The apartment has amazing views from the lounge and front balcony, towards the Campo and the mountains with the white village of Mijas on top. This is 10 minutes away by car as is the beach at Fuengirola. There is a main lounge, large kitchen, two large bedrooms, one is ensuite and has patio doors to the back balcony. The is a large separate bathroom. We bought this as a second home and therefore everything has been done not thinking of buying or doing it up cheaply to rent out. The can patio furniture alone cost us over 1200 euros. There is a very expensive brown leather two seater and three seater sofa, the 3 seater converts to a king size bed. Large spanish dark wood and iron table and 6 chairs, matching sideboard and coffee table and tv cupboard. Beautiful spanish wall lights and ceiling light. Linked to sky tv. The apartment has air conditioning in all rooms for heating in the cooler evenings or cooling when its too hot to sleep. There is also a working fireplace. The kitchen has everything, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine. All done in pale yellow with granite work surfaces. The main bedroom has fitted cupboards, very expensive brass and iron bed, ensuite with large new shower big enough for two people. The other bedroom has two single beds.
This is a beautiful apartment. The neighbours are lovely, english one side, spanish the other. There is a communal pool and gardens for the apartments only. Usually with everyone at school and work we are by the pool on our own in the day time.

This apartment is being rented out for the first time this summer. I have it advertised and it was booked out for the whole of July and August. A couple of bookings in place for next summer.

We are asking for 159,000 euros. We have priced this sensibly and know what others are asking for in this area. The apartments are surrounded by million pound villas and because of this they do keep their price.
