Looking for a place to rent for a year

Hi. I am looking for a long term place, possibly for a year, to stay in Costa Del Sol area for me and my 2-year old son. The place should be suitable for a child. I have a car. I could pay around 300 or 400 euros per month. I could also do some work for an exchange for rent. I don´t smoke, my life style is moderate and I´m a responsible tenant.
